Best Bars in Williamsburg

Brooklyn is a diverse borough that offers visitors a plethora of options in terms of food and nightlife—more so than you’d first think. Williamsburg is especially packed with bars, restaurants and clubs to the point that it’s impossible to name every single one. That being said, we at AllMediaNY would like to share with you our list of the best bars in Williamsburg.

Barcade
Brooklyn's Barcade is located at 388 Union Ave. While they don't serve food, the beer selection is amazing, and the bar is very spacious. If you enjoy classic video games, great beers or both, this spot is perfect--though weekends, it can get tight.
Lucky Dog
PUPPIES! Lucky Dog (303 Bedford Ave.) has cheap beer with a nice draft selection, but really, the draw is that everybody brings their dogs. You can't go wrong with dogs (unless, of course, you're allergic)...
Good Co.
Good Co.'s backyard is their real draw in the summer, but even in the winter, the bar has its perks. Our favorite thing, however, is their Sunday karaoke night. Good Co. is also off the beaten path, located at 10 Hope St.
Berry Park
Beer gardens are generally fun but always overly crowded. Berry Park, at 4 Berry St., is the same--but their beers are actually worth it. Also, their roof deck in the summer is a nice spot to hang out at with a few good friends.
Bushwick Country Club
For some reason, everybody loves BCC (618 Grand St.). The bar is divey and kind-of gross, but it's definitely a destination. It's worth a visit--but we don't recommend sticking around all night.
Ontario
Midway's older sister bar, Ontario also has a very homey vibe--and it's also a bit Canadian. Ontario is located at 559 Grand St., and again, it is simply perfect for its cheap drinks and chill vibe.
The Graham
There's something about serving shots in tiny mugs that makes The Graham (190 Graham Ave.) worthy of being on this list. Also, their rotating beer selection is always interesting--and sometimes, they even have beer from Nantucket, which is hard to come by.
Skinny Dennis
Skinny Dennis, at 152 Metropolitan Ave., is a bit of an odd fit as a honky-tonk, but somehow it works. Perhaps it's the decent beer selection, ridiculously strong drinks or killer jukebox when bands aren't playing--but either way, this spot is amazing (albeit crowded).

Midway
Located at 272 Grand St., Midway is the quintessential neighborhood bar. Drinks are cheap, people are friendly and everybody seems to know everybody. Consider it Grand Street's living room.
Passenger Bar
Passenger Bar's staff is the draw here--everyone is friendly, and the railroad themed bar is also very spacious and has a warm vibe. Passenger is located at 229 Roebling St.
