Many (including yours truly) are upset with the so-called Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They are inducting some artists that have had very little - if anything - to do with true Rock and Roll. So presented is a superlist (512 to start) of musical artists spanning from the mid 1950's to 1988. It's simply called a music list - with no genre notations attached. The list has been started in alphabetical order so there is no "pre-rank". Ranker voters will eventually decide rankings. The top 100 or so artists could be a type of "Hall of Fame" since it would reflect the best of the best. Feel free to vote, re-rank and add any time period artists you wish, as this list is by no means all inclusive. Over time the "cream" should rise to the top. It will be fun to watch.
