A noted vegetarian and outspoken advocate for animal welfare, the actress was considered a sex symbol in the 1960s but had been mostly removed from acting since the 1980s (save for appearances on "Absolutely Fabulous", "EastEnders", and in the movie Batman Begins). She was 67.

1/6/13: Larry D. Mann, whose appearances in film and television included The Quick and the DeadThe Sting, and "Hill Street Blues", has died. Mann worked primarily as a voice actor and gave life to the character Yukon Cornelius in the animated film Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. He was 91.

He was 69.

1/3/14: Saul Zaentz, a producer who won Academy Awards for Best Picture three times (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Amadeus, and The English Patient, has died of Alzheimer's Disease. In addition to his three Best Picture wins, Zaentz was also awarded the Irving G. Thalberg Award for lifetime achievement in film. He was 92.
